Abstract

The article purpose to present the main objectives of my project graduate research thesis explaining the general and specific objectives sought to achieve. Also, issues related to the challenges of working with interviews and participant observations, especially those relating experiences of groups traditionally silenced and relegated to oblivion as those of indigenous communities in Argentina are presented. The possibility of building close ties with indigenous members that allow account of personal and collective experiences, shared social memories, ancestral and cultural heritage, is the result of a sustained long term. In this case, the construction of knowledge is presented as a whole and participatory process, the result of an experience of university extension that allowed the approach and relationship with the Kolla community, Warmikunamanta Antipak Sonqokuna Civil Association. Consequently, we will open to reflection on the construction of knowledge in social sciences, especially in studies of indigenous societies of the XXI century
