Abstract

This paper tries to define the limits and possibilities of new digital texts in  History teaching, especially some texts produced by the national government whose content is Malvinas War.  What are the new meanings that this kind of digital texts bring into the teaching and learning of Malvinas War? What discourses and narratives about Malvinas are explicit and implicit in these texts? Are there any changes between these narratives - located in the 30th anniversary of the War - and others? These are some of the questions that we try to answer, even though the digital texts' destiny related to teaching History appears to be very chaotic, and also their production regime, lecture and property, differ from the printed one.  The current national educational policies in Argentina reinforced the ideas of the rights and sovereignty of the Islands, which, apart from their new elements, try to look for an emotional approach to the cause instead of teaching the complexity of the problem
