Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze the process of formulation and development of educational policies during the Peronism, taking into account the extent intervened state and non-state actors. Our scope of empirical observation, the province of Buenos Aires, allows us to dialogue with the works focusing on the nation. This paper proposes a continuous interaction of the state and society in changing conditions. In this regard, we are interested in historical analysis of this interaction, which takes into account not only the perpetrators but also to their recipients. It is considered that the complex processes surrounding the formulation of education policy at this stage, were generated in a context in which the provincial government had to adapt its actions to pressure and demand not only from various external actors, but also of the factions making up his domestic political plot
