Abstract
Here we analyze one of the integration strategies Argentine Communist Party policy towards the workers in the textile industry: the women's organization. To analyze gender relations within the working class developed a specific methodology is to examine the intra-and intersexo-género/clase, which was used in this study. As a result of this investigation it was realized that this policy implemented by communism influenced the increase in female membership in the Textile Workers Union during the '30s and the first half of the '40s
