Abstract
This paper proposes to address the problem of political representation, expressed in the vicinity and nature, between the end of the Habsburg dynasty and the early years of the reign of Philip V. The Nueva Planta decrees driven by Felipe V, proposed the disappearance of the locative criteria for defining nature and entailed an innovation of King-subject relations.This involved the removal of the particular natures of all the kingdoms on behalf of a common nature
