Abstract

The article analyzes the foundation of a National College in the district of Moron in the year 1949 under the plans of the first so called Peronism [1946-1955]. It realizes of a set of aspects that go from the political question personified in the centralization of the system of education and the social question, that is to say, the demand for a democratization of the secondary level together with the limits of the educational system in a context characterized by the ascent of the urban middle classes and the politicization of the education
