Abstract
The various issues related to the transfer of public lands to private hands [in full use and ownership] in the campaign bonaerense the nineteenth century have attracted the attention of several researchers who, from case studies, mostly related to the dynamic expansion the southern border, outlined the general process. Approaching the study of different modes of access to tenure and land ownership in the context of the sale of the land tax in the agricultural environment of the city of Buenos Aires, we intend to add to the knowledge of the particularities of this dynamic an area of ancient settlement and productive employment, with a long tradition of leasing land to 'pan llevar' of former church property and commercial agriculture small and medium producers, supply-oriented city
