Abstract
Many existent studies about the sindical and political action of the argentinian working class reduced its history to the organizative and political development of the CGT (General Confederation of Work) at national level. However, at some point a few decades ago, several scholars proposed that there has to be made more wide analysis of the working class and not only of its directives. Then, studying again the sindical leadership can help us to think what we are talking about when we use concepts as sindical bureaucracy. The intention of this work is to inquiry about some dynamics of the sindical administration of the platense working central. We will pay as much attention to its inside work as to aspects of its relationship with the national direction of the CGT, and will see how economic, political and corporative logics come into play. Here we will find those forces on permanent tension where the burocreatic tendencies, which implies that the predominance of the apparatus over other interest put some pressure over it but doesn't settle down, at least during the present period.
