Romero y Hobsbawm

Abstract

The release of books in Spanish like "XXth Century" by Eric J. Hobsbawm and the re-edition of "La Crisis del Mundo Burgués" by José Luis Romero, put us in contact with two texts that have a notorious relationship. This article pretends to see which are the worlds described by this prestigious historians that are the same and differents at the same time, where the erudition and the life experience became two main instruments at the moment to observe their questions and answers about the recent past.
